The city of Cascais was several blocks from the Hotel but it was down hill. We occasionally walked and took a cab back. The next nineteen images were taken on our walk to Cascais.
Barb, I just scrolled through your posts on Cascais, and what a beautiful city! It looks so tropical and so appealing! The idea of tile everywhere makes me practically want to swoon! *sigh* I have wanderlust. BAD

There were parts of Old Havana that used to have tiling like this. I wonder if it's still there after 50+ years of neglect. This is beautiful!
